CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 55% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointments start time. If the cancellation fee is unable to be paid same day, it must be paid by the end of that week. Failure to pay the cancellation fee within a week of the cancelled appointment will result in a booking ban. My late fee is $10 for 15 minutes of lateness. Anything more than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled. However, if I am still able to accommodate your appointment, it is $10 for every 15 minutes you are late. It is rare that I am still able to accommodate an extremely late appointment, and as a result it means we will have to drop down to a lower art tier or solid color regardless of how much time we have. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let me know before the 48-hour window, or the cancellation fee must be applied.
